Yes. When registering an account, the business owner is required to enter accurate company information (company name, tax ID, registration number, etc.). This data is necessary for legal and fiscal reasons, as well as to ensure correct processing of payments and proper distribution of tips to employees.

Only in specific cases. Taxes are applicable only if a waiter receives more than 100,000 RSD from the same person within one calendar year. In such a case, taxes are paid on the full amount received.

The implementation of IPS is planned by the end of 2025.

The guest pays a 15% commission, which covers all technical and legal services (payment processing, fiscal receipt issuance, SMS notifications, etc.). The waiter pays only a fixed fee of 20 RSD, and only when transferring funds from their One2Tips account to their personal bank account.

Yes, they can. Employees (e.g. waiters, bartenders, hosts, etc.) can independently create their own One2Tips account, without needing an invitation or registration through the employer. Their account is not automatically connected to the company and can be used independently.

Note: If the company later wishes to connect the employee to their system, it can be done afterward, with consent from both sides.

You can request account deactivation by contacting our customer support. Once your request is received, the account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Important: The account can only be deleted if the balance is 0 RSD, i.e. all available funds have been withdrawn.

In case the user changes their mind during this period, the account can be reactivated — simply contact customer support before the 30-day period expires.
