We've updated One2Tips — and now several important and useful features have appeared in the app that make interaction between teams and guests easier. Here's what's new.
 

📰 Team News One2Tips now has a completely new section — a news feed. This is a practical tool for internal communication:

  • Managers can publish news, announcements, and reminders.
  • All employees see messages directly in their account, neatly displayed in the feed.
  • No important information will be lost anymore! You no longer need external messengers for business announcements — everything is inside One2Tips.

⭐ Ratings and Comments with Tips We've made guest feedback more transparent and useful.

  • Each tip transaction now displays the guest's rating and comment.
  • This helps employees better understand guest impressions and improve service.
  • Managers can quickly respond to comments.

💸 Minimum Tip — Starting from 100 Dinars We've lowered the minimum tip threshold — now a guest can leave as little as 100 dinars. This makes it easier for everyone to show appreciation for great service. Sometimes even a small amount means a big "thank you" 💙

✨ Tips Available Faster We've shortened the processing time — tips are now available after just 1 business day from the moment the guest leaves them. This means you can use your earned tips even faster 🚀
